Exterior repairs to this 11-story, Renaissance Revival apartment building included stone patching and reconstruction of the deteriorated spandrel beams. The building was initially constructed in 1896 as a commercial building for the New York Wool Exchange and later home to the American Thread Company. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
