Renovation of the historic street facades of this 12-story office and loft building located in the SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District. Constructed in 1904 to house office and factory space for the Singer Manufacturing Company, the building is characterized by its distinct cast iron structure, decorative wrought iron arches and balconies, and terra cotta facades.
